Our company was established as a sole proprietorship in 1986 by Mustafa Ayduran, who had served as the Keban Operation Group Manager between 1975 and 1978 and had been a founding member and general manager for many years. The company conducted its operations until 1995, focusing on electrical projects, LV-MV Electricity Networks, Energy Transmission Line contracting, and facility construction.

In 1995, Ayduran Elektrik Taahhüt Ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. was founded. Since 2023, our company continues its activities as a joint-stock company.

Expanding its scope of activities each passing year, our company emphasizes its engineering and technological capabilities, along with its 28 years of experience, to deliver turnkey projects. With a knowledgeable team of engineers, assembly, and manufacturing personnel, and equipped with the necessary machinery and equipment demanded by technology, we aim to complete projects on time and with high quality. We maintain continuous dialogue with our customers, working in line with the principle of meeting customer demands and satisfaction at the highest level.

Addressing one of our country's most fundamental needs, energy production, our company invests in projects of strategic importance, primarily focusing on renewable energy sources. At present, our company operates two hydroelectric power plants and intends to continue its energy investments.
